Returns Policy

  1. Our products come with a free 30-day trial period – give it a try and if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll give you a prepaid shipping label to return the order. 
  2. We accept returns for defective, incorrect, carrier-damaged products, and instances of customer remorse.
  3. Returns are accepted by mail.
  4. To initiate a return, email within 30 days of receiving the order with your order ID and reason for return.
  5. We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns.
  6. Returned products must be in their original state and packaging.
  7. We do not charge a restocking fee.
  8. Refunds are issued within 10 business days of receiving the returned items.
  9. We refund the original shipping cost for defective, incorrect, or carrier-damaged products but not for customer remorse returns.
  10. Refunds are processed using the same form of payment used to make the original purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
