Shipping Policy

  1. We ship products to the 48 contiguous states of the United States.
  2. We offer free ground shipping on orders over $60; $9.99 shipping fee is applied for orders under $60.
  3. We use multiple shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, and others.
  4. Orders placed before 12 pm Eastern Time on business days are fulfilled on the same day; orders placed after 12 pm Eastern Time are processed the next business day.
  5. Orders placed during weekends or holidays are processed within the next 2 working business days.
  6. Delivery usually takes 2-5 days, but it may arrive faster as we have multiple warehouse locations. To get an updated estimate of transit time when inventory is available at multiple warehouses, please refer to the graph below.

Order Cancellations

  1. We accept order cancellations prior to shipping.
  2. To cancel an unshipped order, email help@lilpengyu.com with your order ID and a request for cancellation.

Lost in Transit

  1. If a product is lost in transit and fails to reach the customer, we will offer a full refund or reship the product at no additional cost.
  2. To report a lost product, email help@lilpengyu.com with your order ID and a description of the issue.
