Shipping Policy

We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $60. Shipping for all orders under $60 is $9.99.

Orders placed before 12 pm Eastern Time are typically fulfilled on the same business day. Orders placed after 12 pm Eastern Time are processed on the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be ready to ship within the next 2 working business days.

Once we send your items, it takes up to 5 business days for the carrier to deliver your package. Orders typically arrive faster due to our multiple warehouse locations. Please refer to the map below for a transit time estimate.

Returns Policy

Our products come with a free 30-day trial period – give it a try and if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll give you a prepaid shipping label to return the order

To initiate a return for a product ordered on our website, just email within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order ID and why you’re returning the product. Your description won't affect your returns at all, but it'll help us deliver better products and experiences.The product you return must be in its original state and repackaged in its original packaging. Once we receive your returns information, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We currently only accept returns from the continental U.S.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.


We're happy to assist you with exchanging any items! Simply email us at along with the order number and the reason for exchange. Your exchange order is typically processed within 1 business day.


Once we receive your returned items, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
